The 2026 Annual Glass Celebration was incredible this year! I heard there were over 140 pieces on display, and the variety was amazing—blown glass, stained glass, 3D glass art, painted glass, mosaics, and fused glass all in one show.

One of my favorite pieces was a gorgeous fused‑glass bison, along with some incredibly detailed Tiffany‑style stacked stained‑glass works. Those must have taken countless hours and a seriously talented (possibly husband‑and‑wife) team to create.

I also want to give a huge thank‑you to everyone who added one of my pieces to their collection this year. I was thrilled to sell 3 out of my 5 pieces on opening night, and having other artists choose my work was especially flattering. I appreciate it so much.

This is my second year doing the show, and it’s such a great way to share your art, meet other local artists, get feedback, and build community. I brought my husband on opening weekend, and we made a whole day of it—walking through the botanic gardens afterward because I can never pass up a chance to feed my plant obsession (especially in the cactus and succulent room). And of course, we had to say hello to the resident turtles.

This is the last piece left for sale by Copper & Sage Glass Works at the Botanic Gardens right now.

We’re lucky to have such a beautiful botanic garden here in Cheyenne, WY. The staff and volunteers are wonderful and always easy to work with.

The show runs through March, and there are still plenty of amazing pieces available. If you’re looking for something fun to do, go check out the art and enjoy a day in the gardens!
