Damage claims: If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis.

Color and texture variations: Glass sheets vary in color, texture, and pattern. Slight differences from product photos are normal and not considered defects.

Custom orders: Custom pieces are non‑refundable once production begins. Design changes requested after approval may incur additional fees.

Packaging: All items are packed with protective materials designed for fragile glass. Once the package is handed to the carrier, responsibility for handling and transit conditions transfers to the carrier.

Shipping delays: Weather, carrier issues, or supply chain disruptions may cause delays. These delays are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

International shipping: Unfortunately, we only ship within the United States of America.
Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork. Each piece is individually created and represents a significant investment of time and materials by the artist. As such, items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
