  • Fragile materials: Stained glass is inherently delicate. While we package items securely, we cannot guarantee against damage caused during transit.

  • Damage claims: If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis.

  • Color and texture variations: Glass sheets vary in color, texture, and pattern. Slight differences from product photos are normal and not considered defects.

  • Custom orders: Custom pieces are non‑refundable once production begins. Design changes requested after approval may incur additional fees.

  • Liability limitations: We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper installation, maintenance/care, handling, or use of our stained‑glass products.

  • Installation Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the proper installation and safe placement of all stained‑glass items. We offer a selection of mounting accessories on our website; however, these products are sourced from third‑party suppliers, and we cannot guarantee their performance. Our recommendations are based solely on our own experience and use.

  • Safety Information for Stained‑Glass Pieces: Most stained‑glass solder contains lead. Lead is toxic and should never be ingested or placed in the mouth. Stained‑glass items are not food‑safe and should not be used for eating, drinking, or serving food of any kind. After handling stained‑glass pieces, washing hands is recommended to reduce potential exposure.

  • Jewelry Safety Disclaimer: Our jewelry pieces are crafted using solder and other metals that do not contain lead. Any item confirmed to be lead‑free will be clearly noted in its product description.

Shipping Policy 

  • Processing time: Each stained‑glass piece is handcrafted. Standard processing time is typically 5–10 business days, but custom orders may require additional time depending on complexity.

  • Shipping methods: Orders are shipped via reputable carriers with tracking. Shipping speed is selected at checkout, but delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier.

  • Packaging: All items are packed with protective materials designed for fragile glass. Once the package is handed to the carrier, responsibility for handling and transit conditions transfers to the carrier. 

  • Shipping delays: Weather, carrier issues, or supply chain disruptions may cause delays. These delays are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

  • International shipping: Unfortunately, we only ship within the United States of America.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork. Each piece is individually created and represents a significant investment of time and materials by the artist. As such, items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Each listing includes thorough descriptions of dimensions, materials, and accurate real-life photographs. Customers are encouraged to review all details carefully and contact the artist with any questions prior to completing a purchase to ensure the artwork meets their expectations.

  • In the rare event that an item is damaged during transit, a refund or alternative resolution may be considered at the artist’s discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed, and documentation of damage may be required.
