At Copper & Sage Glass Works, each stained-glass piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and one of a kind. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique, handmade, and irreplaceable nature of original stained glass artwork, all sales are final. Each piece represents a significant investment of time, materials, and artistic process and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect measurements or expectations

Color or texture variations inherent to handmade art

Damage caused after delivery

Improper installation, handling, or care
Product Descriptions & Buyer Responsibility
We make every effort to provide accurate and thorough information for each listing, including:

Real-life photographs taken in natural lighting
Because stained glass may appear different depending on lighting conditions and screen settings, slight variations are normal and not considered defects.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing all listing details and contacting us with any questions before completing a purchase. We are happy to provide additional photos or clarification upon request.
Shipping Damage
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, we may consider a refund or alternative resolution at our discretion.
To be eligible for consideration:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photographs of the damage, packaging, and shipping box must be provided

The item must not have been installed or altered
Failure to provide documentation or report damage within the stated timeframe may result in denial of a refund request.
Refunds for shipping damage are not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement (if possible), or partial refund.
Custom & Commissioned Artwork
All custom or commissioned stained glass pieces are final sale and non-refundable once work has begun.
Design approvals, pricing, and timelines will be discussed prior to starting the project. Minor variations in color, texture, and design are natural in handmade stained glass and are not grounds for a refund.
Payment Method Refunds
Refunds, if approved, will be issued only to the original form of payment used at checkout. We accept PayPal and major credit cards only, and refunds cannot be redirected to alternative accounts or payment methods.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in account restrictions or refusal of future purchases. We are always willing to communicate and attempt resolution when possible.
