4. Payment Methods

We accept PayPal and major credit cards only as forms of payment. All payments must be completed in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

We do not accept cash, checks, bank transfers, or alternative payment methods unless explicitly stated in writing.

5. Sales, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork. Each piece is individually created and represents a significant investment of time and materials. As such, items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged due to shipping, a refund or alternative resolution may be considered at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed. Proof of damage (such as photographs and packaging documentation) may be required, and claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Once an item has been shipped, risk of loss transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist with claims when applicable.

7. Blog Content & Educational Materials

Any blog posts, tutorials, or educational content provided on this website are for informational purposes only. While we share knowledge based on experience, we make no guarantees regarding outcomes, results, or interpretations.

Custom or commissioned artwork is final sale and non-refundable once work has begun. Design proofs, timelines, and pricing will be outlined prior to commencement. Minor variations are inherent to handmade stained glass and are not considered defects.
